Getting back into an existing IT7 account

If you have used IT7 before and suddenly cannot sign in, creating another account is not the first thing to try. Start with the account you already have. A typing mistake, a recovery step, and a connection failure can all look like “login is not working” until you read the screen closely. This guide helps you sort out which part has failed. It does not need your password, phone number, or any verification code.

Read the message before changing anything

Note whether the app rejects the details, asks for another check, or never reaches a response. These are different clues. If a message appears briefly, read it again on your next attempt rather than tapping through quickly. A connection problem belongs to the network stage; an account message belongs to sign-in or recovery. Keeping that distinction clear saves you from changing a password when the app has simply lost its connection.

Confirm you are using the right details

Use the credentials for the existing account. Check for an accidental space, the wrong keyboard setting, or a saved entry from another profile. On a family phone, autofill may belong to someone else, so read the identifier before submitting. If a phone number is requested, check its country code as well as the digits. Indian readers should follow the format shown by the form rather than assuming every app handles a number in the same way.

Treat verification codes as private

If the app asks you to verify access, complete that step yourself. Use the code only in the form that requested it. A message arriving on your phone does not make it suitable to share with someone claiming to help. Avoid posting a screenshot of a verification message in a chat or support request. If you need to explain the problem, describe the screen and the step where you got stuck without including the code or other account details.

Use the recovery route shown in the app

Look for the recovery option on the sign-in screen and read what it asks you to do. Follow its steps for the account you are trying to access. If you no longer control a required contact method, ask the app’s support team what information it needs. Do not invent a workaround or provide details to an unrelated website. Recovery requirements come from the service, and our registration article cannot substitute for those account-specific instructions.

Give support a useful description

A short report can say which screen failed, what message appeared, and which version you installed. Include your device model if it helps explain the problem. Leave passwords, OTPs, and private contact details out of public screenshots. If you are using a shared handset, sign out when you finish and check that someone else cannot reopen your account accidentally. The registration guide is for the setup sequence; this article is for returning to an account that already exists.
